All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100

• Standard shipping (3-5 business days) on orders under $100 — rate calculated at checkout

• Expedited options available at checkout

Canada

• Standard shipping (7–14 business days) — rate calculated at checkout

• Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Rocthalook Boutique.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

We do our best to get your order to you on time. However, delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods. Rocthalook Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at info@rocthalook.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll do our best to assist.
