SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 3-5 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 10-20 business days. Please note that ROCTHALOOK is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. ROCTHALOOK does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $24.99 are non refundable. Please see our FAQ section for more detailed information on shipping options we provide for your country.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Regular priced Items bought on ROCTHALOOK.COM will gladly be accepted for an EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. All tags must be attached when returned. If any items is sent back after the time frame we will simple refuse the package.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. To make an exchange please fill out the form included inside your parcel and send it back with your returned merchandise.
Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 72 business hours. Once the return has been processed, you will be emailed your store credit in the form of an E-gift card. The store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable. Store credit does not cover the initial shipping cost.
